Information we collect

• Account information: email, optional first/last name and username, optional avatar and bio.
• Trading activity: trades, limit orders, positions, posts, comments, watchlist.
• Device and usage data: IP address, basic device info, pages visited.

We do notcurrently collect government IDs, social-security numbers, or financial-account details. Because Kalsshi does not currently process real-money deposits or withdrawals, KYC isn't required at this time. If real-money trading is enabled, we will update this policy and require explicit consent before collecting any new identity data.

How we use your information

• Provide and operate the platform (auth, balances, trades, leaderboards).
• Detect and prevent fraud, manipulation, and multi-account abuse.
• Improve our products via aggregate analytics.
• Send transactional notifications (e.g., a market you traded resolved).
• Send optional product updates — you can unsubscribe in your settings.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with (1) infrastructure providers under strict confidentiality (e.g., hosting, email delivery), and (2) law enforcement or courts when compelled by a valid legal process in our jurisdiction.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR, CCPA, PDP) you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, open a support ticket or email privacy@predict.local.

Retention

We keep account and trading records for as long as the account is active, plus 12 months after deletion to support fraud investigation and analytics. Audit logs may be retained longer if required for security purposes.

Children

Kalsshi is not directed at children under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us so we can remove it.
