1. What Kalsshi is

Kalsshi is a prediction-market platform. New accounts are credited with a welcome balance used solely to place trades inside the platform. Kalsshi does not currently accept real-money deposits or process real-money withdrawals; account balances do not represent a debt owed by Kalsshi and have no cash value.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the platform in your jurisdiction. You may not use Kalsshi if doing so would violate local law.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Account balances have no cash value

Account balances on Kalsshi are not currency, securities, or commodities. They cannot be sold, transferred to other users for cash, or redeemed for money at this time. Kalsshi may adjust the rules, balances, or features of the platform without notice while real-money trading is not enabled.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Trading on material non-public information about a market's outcome.
• Wash trading, spoofing, layering, or any other market manipulation.
• Creating multiple accounts to farm signup or referral bonuses, or to evade bans.
• Harassment, hate speech, or illegal content in posts and comments.
• Using bots or automated traffic outside of approved API access.

6. Resolution

Markets resolve according to the criteria published on each market page. Where a primary source is ambiguous or unavailable, the market may be voided and stakes returned to participants' account balances.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may close or restrict accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. Account balances of terminated accounts are forfeited and do not constitute a debt owed by Predict.

8. No warranty

Kalsshi is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of market data, the outcome of markets, or uptime. Information on the platform is for entertainment and educational purposes and is not investment, legal, or tax advice.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. If real-money trading is ever introduced, an updated set of terms covering deposits, withdrawals, and any applicable regulation will be published before any user can opt in.
